Friday Evening Welcome Reception ($45)
Join the Friday Evening Welcome Reception with live near/middle eastern music, h'orderves, prize drawing and cash bar. Speakers, attendees, vendors and sponsors are all invited! This is a chance to ask your questions directly to speakers, take photos with speakers, and meet other attendees. Note: For registered conference attendees only.
Friday Evening Only and Sunday Evening Only, $125

2) What is the hotel venue?
For attendees’ convenience, a discounted block of rooms is available at the DoubleTree by Hilton Chicago North Shore Hotel, located at 9599 Skokie Blvd., Skokie, IL 60077 (phone: 847-679-7000). With easy access of the Eden’s Expressway and Golf Road, just a few minutes north of the city, the hotel has free Wi-fi and plenty of free parking.
The special discounted room rate is $129 per day, which includes breakfast for two between 6:30am - 8am (additional breakfast for 3-4 people is extra $10 each). This discounted hotel room rate will be honored two days before and two days after the conference (depending on availability). Extended reservations must be made a minimum of two months in advance.
Cut-off date for our hotel discount is August 31st, 2018 (or when no longer available). September in Chicago is a busy time of year. We suggest making reservations as soon as possible. 3) What airport should I fly into?
We recommend Chicago O’Hare International Airport, an easy 25-minute ride to the hotel. The other option is the domestic Midway Airport, a 55-minute ride to the hotel. Both airports are serviced by airport-certified 303 Taxi (847-303-0303 or www.taxiwithus.com) which has no additional passenger or airport surcharge, or tolls charge - you could possibly arrange a share ride to the hotel. There are also a number of shuttles from each airport.
An alternative airport is the Mitchell International Airport located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, which is one and a half hours north of the hotel; you will need shuttle service to Chicago.
4) When should I arrive?
We suggest arriving on Thursday, September 20th if you're planning to go sightseeing at some of the unique sites Chicago has to offer, check out our list of local attractions. The tour of the Gold Pyramid House has been cancelled due to a fire.
Otherwise, arrive on Thursday, Sept. 20th for our Vendors Showcase.

Official hotel check-in time is 3:00pm; luggage can be held at reception desk beforehand if necessary. A valid state I.D. is needed to pick up your badge.

6) What is the conference speakers' schedule?
Tentative speakers' schedule will be posted at a later date, please check back.
7) What is the policy regarding photographs and filming?
The conference will be recorded and made into audio CDs at the conference. It will also be professionally photographed.
PLEASE NOTE: No other recording equipment will be allowed during the conference. We are making CDs available for you for sale on site to take home. Please do not arrange interviews or filming with any of our featured speakers during the conference without permission. If you would like to schedule an interview with one of our speakers, email us at email@example.com and we will get back to you.
8) Will recordings of the speakers be available?
CD recordings of each lecture will be available for purchase on site. You may also contact www.tsvibrations.com or 706-857-6300 after the conference to purchase copies.
9) What can I bring?
We encourage you to bring a friend/relative/spouse with you. Chicago is a wonderful city with plenty of attractions and world-class museums to visit. Keep in mind that the hotel will honor the discounted price both two days before and two days after the conference. You can save by having up to four people in the room with a hot-breakfast buffet for two included in the same price, and $10 extra each for a 3rd and 4th person.
10) What is the cancellation policy?
Tickets are nonrefundable but transferable no later than August 1st, 2018, emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. All seats are available on a first-come basis. We recommend travelers insurance in case of emergency preventing you from attending - one insurance company option is Allianz Global Assistance, 800-284-8300.
PLEASE NOTE: While we have confirmation and contracts with the speakers listed at www.globalpyramidconference.com, in the unlikely event that a speaker cancels, alternatives will be arranged. Although every effort will be made for the listed speakers, vendors and healers to be present, no refunds will be given based on any unexpected cancellation.
